This 14-day guided railtour starts its journey in Vancouver and travels through the most beautiful and diverse landscapes in the world from Jasper National Park to Haida Gwaii. The railtour changes to a day cabin aboard BC Ferries as you travel to the Queen Charlotte Islands, a group of islands nestled under the Alaska panhandle.
In order to see so much in such a short time we travel in one direction by boat stopping at the Hot Springs and Skedans sites along the way, and travel the other direction by float plane. Some tours will boat south then fly north and some tours will fly south then boat north to the Ninstints.
This tour requires a reasonable level of health and fitness. You must be able to walk on an uneven beach and get in and out of the boat (the guide will show you how).
The group railtour package starts in Vancouver then to Jasper in the Rockies, , Prince Rupert
