Owner Colin Ritchie has taken his passion for restoring old buildings and is refurbishing the old fishing cannery settlement built in the early 1900's.  The cottages and cannery have an East Coast fishing village color scheme that creates vibrant vacation accommodations along Alert Bays waterfront.   The bunkhouse cottage is very comfortably furnished, self-contained, one bedroom, washer and dryer and a great porch to watch village life go by.
